Hot rolled steel in coils

Hot rolled sheets are the most commonly used steel sheets. They are used wherever steel coverings are needed. They are produced in various grades, which differ in terms of plasticity by appropriate additives to a given alloy.

Hot-rolled steel in coils is used in the creation of steel structures, e.g. in the production of bridges, machines or vehicles. If the sheet is to be further processed, a hot-rolled sheet will endure it much better than a cold-rolled one. An additional advantage is that this method is cheaper than cold rolling due to the use of less energy.

We use hot-rolled steel coils primarily where welding and various further modifications are planned. Hot-rolled products do not have to have a smooth surface, because other properties count, including thickness and ease of processing. So they can create large structures, such as bridges, building elements, footbridges, stairs, towers, lifts, containers, as well as ships and ships, and of course machines.
